RECEIPT AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Receipt of products : Customer complaints concerning apparent defects or non-conformity of the products delivered in relation to the order must be made in writing on collection or delivery of the products.
Le client devra fournir toute justification quant à la réalité des anomalies constatées, de même que leur imputabilité à CSD ; il devra laisser à CSD toute facilité pour constater ces anomalies et y porter remède. Il s’engage à n’effectuer aucune intervention lui-même, ni à faire intervenir un tiers sans l’accord écrit préalable de CSD.
Back to products : No product may be returned without the prior written consent of CSD.
Follow-up on return: Subject to compliance by the customer with the above rules (§5), CSD will, at its option, repair or replace the products for which it has recognized the apparent defect or non-conformity. Failing this, the replacement or repair of the products will be carried out at the customer's expense.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
In accordance with articles L.221-8 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal runs from the day of receipt of the products ordered by the customer; it may be exercised by returning the attached form (by e-mail or post).
Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition (products, accessories, instructions, etc.) within 14 days of notification to CSD of the customer's decision to cancel.
Any damaged, soiled, used or incomplete product will not be returned or exchanged. Only the purchase price and delivery charges will be reimbursed to the customer; the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. At the customer's request, CSD will provide the cost of return shipping, which varies according to the region concerned.
Products will be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt of the returned products by CSD.
